On a vacation, you will feel hungry and eager to discover new food in the Restaurant, and our region is full of promising and very local dishes. If you like cheese, try the Mont d’or, our winter cheese, or the comté, our most iconic cheese.
If you are more into salt meat, you can try the saucisse de morteau, or some mountain ham. Our wines are mostly coming from our region, and most of our chef’s products come from less than 40 kms away. Our dishes are elegant, and local : morillas on toast, scod “au savagnin” (a local white wine), beef tournedos with a green pepper sauce… And don’t forget our selection of desserts which are all homemade ! Our restaurant has 2 rooms. The first one is more cosy, while the second one lets you eating while enjoying the super view from our terrace.
